The variation of exercise is very important. One of the keys to increase our metabolism is to vary our exercises. If we stick to one method of exercise, our body metabolic rate won’t be as fast as if we vary our exercises. Don’t forget that you can strengthen your muscles faster than ever if you do many kinds of exercises.

The most powerful exercise to strengthen your upper body muscle is “squat”. With squat, you can turn your excess fats in various places into muscles. You should hide your knees behind your toes and don’t forget to do this with your toes as the vital point. Do three sets of squat every day plus at least 26 repetitions between each set.

This technique is very useful, probably much useful than any other traditional exercises. Beside squat, jogging and running on treadmill are also two of my favorite kinds of exercise. I love to run on the treadmill every time I finish with my muscle-building things. Of course it does help and if you are a fat man, obviously running on treadmill will reduce your weight although you must be patience with the result.

Above all, what important from exercising is our perseverance. You can’t become slimmer if you are lazy. Another thing to remember is, variation is very important. Vary your exercises and you’ll get a faster and happier result compared to if you only do two or three kinds of exercises every day. There are also many other exercises to lose inches just in case you don't know.
