To beat fat inside our belly, we must take routine exercises everyday. You can’t only depend on how many foods do you eat every day but you must also remember to work out on your body. Going to the gym (just like I always recommend you) is one good alternative. People in gym certainly know how to help you create muscles and lose fat. However, not everyone loves to go to the gym. Some kinds of people love to do some traditional exercises rather than training in the gym.

You need to find what kind of exercise that is good enough for you. People are different each other so sometimes what is effective for us is not good for other people. But I suggest you to practice ‘side bends’ every day. It is a very good exercise for most people. Side bends is about stand on your feet and then trying your best to bend slowly to the right. Do this exercise thirty minutes every day and you will see concrete result after one month.

Beside side bends, aerobic might also very helpful for you. You don’t need to join any aerobic groups to do this. Just buy a DVD about aerobic instruction or read some articles in the internet and don’t forget to practice them. Combine aerobic with some muscle-building exercises and you’ll see the best result. Of course it requires dedication and (at least) 45 minutes every day if you want to get good physical appearance. But exercise is very useful if you already get used to it.

Of course beside exercise, you will also need to control what you eat. In general, lose weight is about burn more calories than you take in. So in order to lose excess fat, you must not only burn calories, but also reduce the proportion of your meal. For example, you love to drink soda. Now you should try to drink diet soda because they replace sugar with aspartame. Keep in mind that what you consume every day will help/hold you to achieve your goal in losing weight.
