1: think before you buy
Any food available in the market, which catches your eye, should be given some thought before you pick it out of the stands. Only if the food is of good nutrition value should it even find its way into your shopping basket in the first place. There is no point in purchasing it and then thinking of discarding it because it contains too many calories.
2: take a little extra care while cooking
The meal tastes the way you cook it. The food can be cooked in a moment throwing in all the oils and cream to make it tasty. 3: switch off the television while eating
