Diets can be very different and you will get rid of those nasty extra kilos

feel satisfied for longer time while the calories from them are not entirely
absorbed by our organisms. Bear in mind that these effects can only be
achieved with unsalted and unsweetened nuts, but even these are not to be
over used as they are rich in calories. Have them for breakfast or as a
snack during the day, between meals.
Have boiled eggs for breakfast: women who had boiled eggs and toast for
breakfast have felt satisfied for a longer time than those who had cheese
sandwiches. The proteins from boiled eggs are much more easily assimilated
than those in cheese. If you do not have time to boil some eggs each
morning, try and boil a number of them on Sunday evening and store them in

Control your calories: the sad but true truth is that our organism is not
able to tell the difference between a weight loss diet and simple
starvation. So when the number of calories drops, our body stores more fat

protection. Try out some new forms of exercise along with your usual fitness
workout, like yoga, Pilates, weight lifting, swimming or dancing could be
some effective and fun ways to spice up your workout time.
