Don't Skip Breakfast

You maybe do not realize that breakfast is the most useful meal of the day compared to dinner or lunch.

People who skip breakfast have everything ready for their own alibi: they are too busy to not skip breakfast. If you want to lose weight fast, you should know that eating breakfast must become your daily bread.

When you eat your breakfast meals regularly, it not only helps you to lose weight quickly, but it is also beneficial to health in general. Here are a few reasons: During sleep, your body does not have any water and food to be consumed. So when you awakens, you will drain all kinds of protein, blood sugar depleted, and you gets dehydration.

So, when you come back to reality from your dream, your body will be in some kind of survival mode. When you wake up, your body surely needs to replenish itself by consuming protein and carbohydrate. To get the crucial nutrition your body needs, breakfast is what you need (and not by skipping it)

One thing you need to make sure, breakfast in this case is not about eating before 9-10 AM. If you work at night, obviously you will not wake up until 9-10 AM. So basically you need to eat breakfast 30-60 minutes after you wake up. When your body does not eat anything in the last 7-9 hours, then you need to fill it with eating breakfast by 30-60 minutes AFTER you wake up. So in this case, breakfast is not aways mean eating in the morning.

Remember, that if your body keeps being used without proper nutrition after 7-9 hours, it will force itself to burn stored fats in your stomach and other areas. This is not good because when it only eats fat (and not the other nutrition), in long run your body will be lack of strength and energy you need.
