Women are the hardest things in the world. When you are a woman, it's very easy to change your mind anytime. Women's ability to multitasking make them in a worse stressful mode anytime. Of course some women are easygoing but some do care too much about several things.

When you see far women going to the gym for working out, at times they only do very small exercises such as walking and tread mill. They dont really do cardio exercises. Cardio exercises of course can include swimming and jogging too. THe best way to do cardio exercise is going to aerobic class 3 times a week and go swimming 2 times a week.
Basically cardio exercises are designed to burn your unused/excess fat but at the same time it shape up your body.
