Healthy Foods For Breakfast

Talking about breakfast remind me to the old times, when I was still young. My mother always told me breakfast is as important as dinner and lunch. But she said most people skipped it when they don’t have time. Many people will be late for work, so they skipped their breakfast. What you need to do is reschedule your life.

So what is your problem? Why sometimes you skipped your breakfast before you go working? Maybe because you slept until 8 AM or 9 AM. You should have alarm or whatever you need to wake you up, then don’t forget to eat.

Ironic but most people eat burgers, cereals with sugars, or pasta for their breakfast. You should not eat this kind of food too much. Burgers? I ever told you, burgers are high calories foods and it will never help you. You will always hungry if you only eat one burger but actually one burger provided enough calories that needed by your body. That's why I believe burger is not good for you.

How about Cereals? Good if you eat cereals with very low sugar (which usually mixed with milk). But I often see new cereals products which contain sugar. You will gain weight if you eating this kind of cereals too much. So what is the alternative? I suggest egg sandwich, fruit salads, oatmeal, pancake, and fruit juice. All of them are great choices for your breakfast.  The point is you need low calories and healthy foods for your breakfast. And to do that, sometimes you need to wake up earlier in the morning so you can think before you eat.

Whenever you’re busy, you maybe never think of your foods. You only know that you need to eat, and in the end, you eat fast foods because you have many works to do. What you need to do is only reschedule your life. When will you go to sleep, when will you wake up. It is important so you will have time to cook and eat healthy foods for your breakfast
