You Need Blender

What I know is we will always need blenders. Even if you are single, you still need blender. We can make easy but healthy meals with blender. Many people didn’t have any blenders just because they thought blender is useless. But blender is good tools to mixed many healthy fruits and veggies. So do you need it? Yes, you should have one.

Sometimes you will need to make “fast but healthy foods”, then you will need your own blender. Virgin Club Med Breeze and Gazpacho are two of my favorite foods.

We start with Gazpacho.

Ingredients:

1. You will need tomatoes. Cut two ripe tomatoes into big pieces.

2. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

3. Then you need half cup chopped parsley or coriander

4. Salt, pepper, and dried herbs to taste

5. 3 cloves garlic

6. avocado, one will be enough

7. chopped one tomato juice cup

8. 2 tsp Tabasco or chili sauce

9. cold water, I think one glass will be enough

10. sliced 3 tbsp lemon juice

I love blender because what you need to do is throw tomatioes, salt, pepper, avocado, and all I mentioned above to your blender and watch it. You can add hot sauce if you like. But I think you should not eat too many foods with hot sauce because in long term, you will get problem.

Next, Virgin Club Med Breeze

Ingredients:

1. 2 tsp lemon juice

2. 400 ml strawberry yogurt (or 350 ml)

3. 1/2 cup skim milk (or 2%)

4. 1 sliced banana

5. 2 scoops protein powder

6. 2 tsp grenadine syrup

Again, what you need to do is to watch your blender. Mix all of them. You will love your own “Virgin Club Med Breeze”. This is healthy, fast, and one of my favorite foods. Blender can also make low fat cake. I think you will need blender if you don’t have time or didn’t know how to cook.
