Let's see how these things work. Ultra accelerator is used by this weight loss program for first 12 days only. Main use of the accelerator is to speed up the ultimate weight loss. However, there's no evidence at all about how this ultra accelerator could boost your dieting efforts.
After 12 days, then you will be told to start using ultra slim tone formula. A combination of vitamins and minerals in the form of ultra vita/min plus is used along with the ultra slim tone formula.
The cook book lists many recipes that will prove helpful during the course of weight loss program. Activity planner helps you log in your activities to find out your daily calorie intake. You can adjust your diet as par the daily calorie requirements, which suits your lifestyle.
