Anorexic Diet
Different with Anorexia, Anorexic Diet is useful
Anorexia, do you know what it is? Anorexia is a plague that has seriously killed many celebrities and models. These days there is a brand new diet plan which is “Anorexic diet”. So what is the relation between Anorexic diet and Anorexia? OK, let’s talk about the history first.
Anorexia is well known as a psychological disease that hypnotizes its victims. When you want to get slim, sometimes you get “obsessed” with your weight. Celebrities like Karen Carpenter or Anne Sexton even died after they went too far with their extreme eating habits. Well, this “planned starvation” has surely caught attention here and there.
But fortunately Anorexic diet is different. Yes, it has some relations with “anorexia” but anorexic diet meant to be another weight loss plan to help us lose our weight. So how to do this anorexic diet? OK, here are the general plans in Anorexic diet:
- If you are so hungry and want something to eat, use ice. But only if you are really hungry and already eat (at least) 3 times a day. If you never eat any meal and you only use ice, you will get trapped to another “planned starvation” and eventually you will suffer.
- Chew sugar-free gum. Believe it or not, sugar-free gum can increase your metabolism as you keep “chewing” as long as you are not bored. Through this method, you will lose weight.
- Exercise. Whatever your diet plan is, exercise is always important
Anorexic diet, unfortunately, may cause uncomfortable side effects. It's immensely crucial to find out the cure for these side effects. Personally I recommend you to find heartburn relief if something bad happens to you. Anorexic diet may cause futher negative side effects like hair loss (Haarausfall), which may revert if the diet is stopped.
