1. You must eat something every three hours

2. Find someone to become your partner in exercises
If you running or go to gym alone, sometimes you can lose your motivation. The situation will be different if you have one or two partners in your exercises. If you lose your motivation, your partner can help you to fight your laziness.

3. Say no to junk foods and junk snacks
So many disgusting snacks like chocolates, candies, or potato chips. You must stay away from these products because they can kill you in long term. If you think they are just “light snacks”, then you are wrong. You must know that those junk snacks contain many calories and it won’t help anything. If you fail to fight the temptation, you must think again about healthy and unhealthy foods. You will be fine.
